A. WORKSHOPS & CLASSES
The full tuition is due when you register. Tuition may not be refunded or transferred to another event.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
1. 60 or more days prior to workshop start date (except as noted in "5" below). 50% of entire tuition.
2. 14-59 days prior to workshop start date (except as noted in "5" below). Entire tuition.
3. 0-13 days prior to workshop start date. Entire tuition.
4. "No-show" at the starting point, or you leave during a workshop. Entire tuition.
You will not pay cancellation fees if:
5. You cancel from a confirmed space in the workshop within 14 days of when Chandra Bindu Tantra Institute receives your registration. NOTE: This 14-day grace period does not apply if the workshop start date is within 30 days of when Chandra Bindu Tantra Institute receives your registration.
6. You are not approved by the workshop leader (after that workshop leader has received your registration forms).
7. You cancel within 14 days of a Chandra Bindu Tantra Institute change in workshop date, workshop leader, and/or workshop price.
8. You cancel from a wait list.
9. You fail to move off a wait list onto a workshop as a confirmed participant.
B. PRIVATE SESSIONS & PERSONAL RETREATS
Dawn has a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you find you must reschedule or cancel your session for any reason, please be sure to let her know 72 hours prior to your scheduled time or you will be responsible for the full session fee.
Personal Retreats must be cancelled 30 days prior to the beginning of the retreat start date or you will be responsible for the full retreat fee. Travel costs will not be refunded.

C. TOURS & EXPEDITIONS
Payment is required to secure a confirmed reservation. The final balance is due no later than 90 days prior to start date for tour or expedition. All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date. Air seats are limited; airfares are subject to change and are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

NOTE: This 7-day grace period does not apply if the tour or expedition start date is within 90 days of when Chandra Bindu Tantra Institute receives your registration.
6. You are not approved by the tour or expedition leader (after tour or expedition leader has received your registration forms).
7. You cancel within 7 days of a Chandra Bindu Tantra Institute change in tour or expedition date, tour or expedition leader, and/or tour or expedition price.
8. You cancel from a wait list.
9. You fail to move off a wait list onto a tour or expedition as a confirmed participant.
Travel documentation and visas:
All guests must have passports valid for six months following disembarkation and necessary visas. Guests are advised to check with their travel agent or the U.S. Consulate Service to determine which documents they must obtain. Note: Due to airline security measures, your passport name must match your airline ticket name or you may be denied boarding. Chandra Bindu Tantra Institute accepts no responsibility for obtaining required visas nor for advising guests of visa or other immigration requirements.

Dawn Cartwright

Dawn Cartwright is a Tantric visionary, sacred writer, world traveler, and innovator in bio-energetic Tantra fusion. She discovered the path of Tantra by accident shortly after a period of life-changing mystical experiences in lovemaking more than twenty years ago. Dawn’s study and research is focused on the ancient and modern forms of Tantra, bio-energetics, and the actualization of human potential through sexuality.
Dawn received her degree in psychology from the University of California, Davis, and has had extensive training in Tantra, Yoga, Sexuality, Bioenergetics, Meditation, and Expressionistic Movement & Art.

She has studied many schools of Tantra including Neo-Tantra, Shaktism, Kashmirian Shivaic Tantrism, Vaishnavism, Tantric Buddhism, Tantric Kriya Yoga and the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. Dawn has had the honor of receiving these transmissions from some of the most acclaimed Tantric masters of modern times, Aditi Devi Ma, Christopher Tompkins, Margo Anand, Daniel Odier, Bohdi Avinasha, and Osho.
