An expedition to the hidden Tantric temples and ashrams of Southern India including Devipuram, the Sri Vidya Ashram in Andra Pradesh where, eleven years ago, I first discovered the extraordinary beauty and ancient roots of the Sri Vidya Tantra path.

The Tantric Expedition to India has two parts. First, Devipuram, learn and experience the practices of the Sri Vidya Tantra path. Then, a Tour of Southern India, visiting some of the most extraordinary temples dedicated to Shiva and to Parvati.

Price Includes: Local transportation. Accommodation, double-sharing, in 5 and 4 star hotels with breakfast in Chennai, Madurai, Thiruvannamalai and Pondicherry. All interstate taxes, permits, tolls, parking, driver allowances, fuel and hire charges. All fees, basic shared lodging and meals at Devipuram and all domestic flights.

Price Excludes: Single-occupancy private room accommodation upgrades - available at additional cost. Food other than breakfast in Chennai, Madurai, Thiruvannamalai and Pondicherry. Entrance fees for temples and other sights, guide services, tips of any nature, international flights, and anything that is not mentioned above. 

Travel Information: You’ll book your international flights to and from Chennai. We are traveling during high-season, for this reason it is imperative that we move forward with travel plans, purchasing international flights, applying for visas, etc. immediately. All prices quoted are per person and current at time of posting.
