During this special week in the wildness of the Wicklow mountains we’ll explore the endlessness of love.  We'll practice specific sutras from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, keys to creating a Tantric relationship.  This immersion is open to singles and couples - courageous hearts dedicated to the limitless possibilities offered up every moment in life and love.
 
For 8 days you'll experience a full program of Tantric meditations, tools, techniques and practices. You'll also have plenty of free time for hill walking, tree listening, cozying up with a book, swimming in the river, brack & tea, or cuddling with a friend, too. We'll journey upward through the chakras, discovering Tantric keys to creating sacred, conscious, ecstatic, loving, empowering relationship - with ourselves, our sexuality, our hearts, and the loves in our lives. We'll explore ways of moving beyond the limits of our past, bursting through into the limitless potential of love we all hold inside.
 
The lodge where we're staying is in one of the most beautiful and secluded parts of Wicklow. There will be time for booking private sessions with me as well. If you'd like to book a private session enter your request on the registration form and I'll confirm.
 
And . . . did I mention? We're very lucky to have intuitive cook Dorene Palmer of Divine Foods creating extraordinary meals in the kitchen. Dorene works with only the best live foods, organic produce, local cheese and organic breads to create wholesome, healthy, healing, out of this world orgasmic feasts. Through Divine Foods, Dorene teaches and counsels on proper nutrition that promotes good health and vitality. After a few days of Dorene's cooking, you'll be transformed!
 
Each day, we'll focus on one chakra and one Sutra from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, building energy as we go along. You are welcome to join the immersion on any day and you may book 1 day up to 8 days.  The sessions will be composed of dynamic meditations, Tantric Sutras, bio-energetic practices, relationship building tools, shamanic practices, women's circles, men's circles, jumping the fire, drumming, Tantric clearing practices, purification in the river, communication techniques, partner yoga, gentle movement exercises, sharing, laughing, celebrating and more - creating a Tantric field of transformation, Dawn-style.

Tantra is a vast subject.
 
While Tantra is not a sexual technique, the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra includes Sutras that invite us to experience the absolute in every aspect of life, including lovemaking. Tantra is not a skill, it is a way of being - a way of perceiving. The lovemaking Sutras are not actually teaching us how to be better lovers, they are inviting us to experience the totality of existence in our loving. This level of intimacy can be exciting and threatening at the same time.
 
Exciting because it is this type of intimacy - union that has no end - is something we all long for on a deep level. It is threatening because in order to experience this type of intimacy, we must let go of our identifications - the external belief systems we keep in place to fit into our particular society or family group. Here's the paradox - once we let go of those external identifications - we experience a union with all societies and families -  and that from which they emerge - the origin of all life.

Saturday . May 28th . The 1st Chakra . Origin
Mulhadhara, the Sanskrit name for the first chakra, means origin. It's the place where the seeds of our human potential lay dormant, where the kundalini rests. The first chakra is primal, operating from instinct rather than reason. The experiences here are often simple, direct, and immediate. Sexual attraction and chemistry happen that way - the first attraction is really something out of our control - something mysterious. Cosmic destiny in physical form. We will explore how to keep this simple awareness awake and alive in ourselves and in our relationships.
 
 
Sunday . May 29th . The 2nd Chakra . The Inner Song of the Divine
Svadisthana, the Sanskrit name for the second chakra, means sweetness.  The second chakra governs our sexuality and sensuality, it is the center for pleasure and connection. It's easy to get caught up in the rush of life, experiencing the world and one another superficially. Svadisthana invites us to take life in, to experience the world and others inside ourselves through our senses.  When we do this, distractions fall away and we're truly here. We enter the neverendingness of our connection, the simple beauty of being human, and the pleasure of knowing we share a common experience I call the inner song of the divine. We'll explore meditation and techniques to expand the flow of sensuality in our bodies and our relationships.
 
 
Monday . May 30th . The 3rd Chakra . Commitment & Devotion
The Sanskrit name for the third chakra is Manipura, which means city of jewels. Manipura is the place of action - action that is radiant, like the sun shining. It is where we commit to manifesting the love and truth we know is possible - where we channel radiant aliveness into devotion. Devotion is remembering love - over and over and over again. Realizing that you’re the one with a front row seat for love. The other reminded you, perhaps, but after some time you won’t even need the reminder. You’ll just be it. Love needs no object. And it needs no certain prescribed behavior. And, to be perfectly honest, it doesn't need you - only it wants you. Love wants to live on this planet so intensely it could burst. And the only way it can. Is through you. Discover specific practices that cultivate a inner deepening of commitment and devotion within you.
 
 
Tuesday . May 31st . The 4th Chakra . The Breath of Ecstasy
They say that once the kundalini has reached the heart, awakening is fait accompli. The Sanskrit name for the heart chakra is Anahata, which means "unstruck". It is the sea of the most subtle cosmic sound, the sound that is not caused by any external friction, nor can it be heard by the ears, by the mind, or even by the psyche.
It is eternal transcendental sound which can only be perceived by pure consciousness - it is the vastness of universal love. You’ll learn the basic elements of Tantric union, including The Breath of Ecstasy, a pranayama practice that opens the heart. The heart is the center of our body, it is where the feminine principle, known as Shakti, meets the masculine principle, known as Shiva.  
 
 
Wednesday . June 1st . The 5th Chakra . Cultivating Trust
The fifth chakra is Vishuddha, which means purification. It is the place where we transmute the difficulties in our relationships into growth. When we think of the fifth chakra, located at the throat, most of us think of communication.  And, when we think of communication, we usually think of speaking. We may not remember that the 5th chakra also governs the ears - and - listening. The 5th chakra has the qualities of kindness. Gentleness. Loyalty, honesty. Reliability. Cultivating trust is cultivating gentleness and kindness within ourselves. Transmuting poisons of the past so that we experience the true nature of our relationships. We'll explore meditations and practices that clear the past and cultivate deep trust. You'll learn ways of listening with your whole Being, a practice that inspires deep connection and intimate communion.
 
 
Thursday . June 2nd . The 6th Chakra . Beyond Wisdom
The Sanskrit name for the 6th chakra is Ajna, which means beyond wisdom. It is the place where our relationships enter divine realms. Here, distractions of the external world disappear - it is the end of duality. At the 6th chakra ida, pingala, and sushumna, merge into one stream of consciousness and flow up to sahasrara. The divine masculine and divine feminine merge into one. Love does this, maybe this is why we love love so much. Love reveals to us that the deepest desires of man and woman are one - and when that happens - the seeds of love's potential are activated. We are transported beyond wisdom. Evolution occurs. And love lives as us. We'll explore the Bija Mantras, Sanskrit invocations of the chakras, as we journeyed together in the place beyond duality; where our love enters divine realms.
 
 
Friday . June 3rd . The 7th Chakra . Celebration Ritual
The crown chakra is Sahasrara. Sahasrara means thousandfold. This is our connection to our infinite potential in every aspect of our lives. It is the place where Shakti, the feminine principle, meets Shiva, the masculine principle in divine ecstatic embrace and oneness. Tantric lovemaking is you - being no other place than here. Wanting nothing other than this. You see, the divine masculine is the part of you that notices. The divine feminine is that part of you that is noticed. And the only time we do not experience divine love, is when our attention is somewhere else. Other than here. So the next time you feel your lover's belly against yours, or you feel the touch of the sun on your face, or, now, as you feel these words of love flowing from your screen - remember - be here with every part of you. And allow the endless love known as Tantric lovemaking to reveal itself to you. In our final ritual of the 8-day immersion we will celebrate all that we have learned, shared and experienced in the realm of Tantric relationship.

Nestled in the heart of Wicklow, this lovingly renovated lodge - built on the foundation and surrounded by the antique gardens of an old hunting lodge - is one of the most beautiful Centres I've experienced anywhere in the world. The house is cheerful, warm and cozy. The forest has the most mystical trees and they are very much a involved with all the goings on in our sessions. The river is extraordinary . . . I go down for a dip each morning. There are mosses growing here that exist no where else in the world. Mucla is a very, very special place, it will love you and remember you each time you arrive . . . it's already begun to call me back from California.
 
Twin Rooms Ensuite . All the ensuite bedrooms have two exceptionally comfy twin beds and breathtaking views the mountains rising out of the river gorge. Beds are specially designed to "zip" together for couples. Please note, there are 8 beds only. Book early to assure your place.
